Cast metal, flexible, and acrylic partials, plus conventional and digital full dentures. Each one is set for secure retention, balanced occlusion, and natural esthetics.

Denture patients notice everything: how the teeth look, how the bite feels, and whether the prosthesis stays put when they eat and talk. We handle each step, from bite rims and tooth setups to try-ins and processing, so the records and the finished denture come from the same bench.
Cast metal partials are the most durable and the thinnest option when there are good abutment teeth. Flexible partials skip metal clasps for patients who care most about appearance. Acrylic partials work well as transitional appliances. For full dentures, a digital workflow can reduce the number of appointments. See how we match the denture to the patient.
Ship impressions and bite records, or upload scans.
Bite rims and a tooth setup are prepared for try-in.
Processed, finished, and polished, with occlusion checked on the articulator.
Shipped with insertion notes, timed to your appointment.
The try-in is where a denture succeeds. We set teeth to the midline, lip line, and vertical dimension from your records, and you check esthetics, speech, and bite with the patient before anything is processed. Changes at try-in are quick; changes after processing are not. The clinical call stays with the prescribing dentist.
For cast partials, we survey the model and design rests, clasps, and connectors around the remaining teeth. If guide planes or rest seats would improve retention, we send a design note before the framework is made.
Full dentures are set for balanced contacts so they stay stable when the patient chews. Every case is checked on the articulator before shipping, and insertion notes come with every denture.
Remaining teeth, ridge shape, budget, and what the patient cares about most all shape the choice. A patient with healthy abutments usually does best with a cast partial. A patient who won't accept visible clasps may prefer flexible. If the records point one way and the Rx another, we call before we fabricate.

Open a Lab AccountA conventional denture usually takes several visits: impressions, bite records, try-in, and delivery. A digital workflow can combine some of those steps. Tell us your preferred sequence and we will schedule production around it.
Cast metal is stronger, thinner, and easier to add to later. Flexible partials look better because there are no metal clasps, but they are harder to adjust and reline. The patient's priorities usually decide it.
Dentures and partials are coded under the removable prosthodontics section of the current ADA code set, by type and base material. Your billing team makes the final code selection, and every delivery includes the material documentation needed for your records.
Accurate impressions or scans of both arches, a bite record, and the shade. Tell us which teeth you want clasped, or let us survey the model and propose a design.
Every denture ships with documented QC and insertion notes. Turnaround is confirmed when we receive your case, and rush is available on request.
