Definitive screw-retained full arch prostheses in zirconia and hybrid materials, built from the provisional your patient has already approved. Compatible with all major implant systems.

The fixed final replaces the provisional once healing is complete and the design has been proven in the mouth. We carry over the approved tooth positions, midline, and vertical dimension, then refine contours and esthetics for long-term wear. It should feel familiar to the patient on day one.
Monolithic zirconia is our most common choice. It resists wear and staining and keeps its polish for years. A hybrid design can make sense when the opposing arch, the budget, or the need for easy chairside repairs points that way. See how we help you choose.
Send final implant records and scans of the approved provisional in function.
We share the proposed design for your approval before anything is milled.
Milled, characterized, glazed, and bonded to titanium bases with documented QC.
Shipped with screws, torque notes, and seating guidance.
A full arch prosthesis has to seat passively on every implant. That starts with accurate records, so we check the scan data for distortion before design and will ask for a verification step if positions look questionable. A beautiful final that rocks on one abutment is still a remake. The clinical call stays with the treating dentist.
We work from full-face and smile photos, not just the scan. Tooth length, gingival display, and the transition line between pink and white are planned so they stay hidden behind the lip. Tooth and gingival shades are confirmed with you before final characterization.
Screw access holes are kept out of the esthetic zone wherever implant angulation allows. The intaglio is convex and polished for cleaning, and we keep the design files so a replacement can be made without starting from scratch.
Zirconia is the default for most patients, especially bruxers and anyone opposing natural teeth or another fixed arch. A hybrid may suit patients who need a lighter prosthesis or easier adjustments. If the records point one way and the Rx another, we call before we fabricate.

Open a Lab AccountWith good design and maintenance, monolithic zirconia holds up very well over many years. Longevity depends more on fit, occlusion, cantilever length, and hygiene than on the material itself, which is why we focus on those during design.
We strongly recommend one. The provisional proves the tooth setup, bite, and speech. Without it, the final is based on a setup the patient has never worn.
Full arch implant prostheses fall under the implant services section of the current ADA code set. Your billing team makes the final code selection, and every delivery includes the material documentation needed for your records.
Yes. We keep your design files, so in many cases a replacement can be milled to match without starting over. Minor chips can often be polished chairside.
Every full arch final ships with documented QC and seating notes. Turnaround is confirmed when we receive your case, and rush is available on request.
