Custom night guards, occlusal splints, and clear retainers, milled or printed from your scans or models for a precise fit and comfort your patients will notice.

A night guard only works if the patient keeps it in, and fit and comfort decide that. We design each appliance on accurate models, keep it as thin as the case allows, and check retention and occlusion before it ships, so it seats without rocking and needs little adjustment chairside.
Hard night guards suit most bruxers. Occlusal splints are built to a specific occlusal scheme when you are managing symptoms or protecting restorations. Clear retainers hold tooth positions after orthodontic treatment. See how we help you choose.
Upload scans of both arches with a bite scan, or ship models and a bite record.
We check the bite record, thickness, and coverage before fabrication.
Milled or printed, then trimmed, polished, and checked on the model.
Shipped in a case with care instructions for the patient.
Most adjustment time at delivery traces back to the bite record. Send a record taken at the opening you want, or tell us the target thickness, and we will design the occlusal surface to it. If the record looks off, we call before we fabricate. The clinical call stays with the prescribing dentist.
Tell us what you want: even contacts in centric, canine guidance, anterior guidance, or a flat plane. We design to the scheme on the Rx and mark contacts on the model so you know what to expect at delivery.
We keep appliances as thin as strength allows, smooth every edge the tongue will find, and set retention so the appliance snaps in without being hard to remove. If the patient needs a replacement and their teeth haven't changed, we can often make it from the saved file.
A heavy bruxer needs a durable, rigid guard. A patient with jaw symptoms may need a specific occlusal scheme you prescribe. A post-ortho patient needs a retainer that holds tooth positions without moving them. Tell us the goal and we will design to it.

Open a Lab AccountBoth work. Upper guards are more common and tend to be more stable. Lower guards can be easier to tolerate for patients with a strong gag reflex or speech concerns. If the Rx doesn't say, we follow your usual preference.
Yes. Upload scans of both arches with a bite scan and we can design and fabricate without physical impressions.
Occlusal guards are coded under the adjunctive general services section of the current ADA code set. Your billing team makes the final code selection, and every delivery includes the documentation needed for your records.
If we made the original from a digital file and the patient's teeth haven't changed, we can often fabricate a replacement from the saved file. New restorations or tooth movement mean new records.
Every appliance ships with documented QC and patient care instructions. Turnaround is confirmed when we receive your case, and rush is available on request.
