Screw-retained full arch provisionals for immediate-load implant cases. We design each one as a test run for the final, so you and your patient can confirm function, phonetics, and esthetics before anything permanent is made.

A full arch provisional carries the patient through healing and osseointegration, but its bigger job is information. Tooth length, midline, lip support, and vertical dimension all get tested in the mouth for weeks before the final is designed. Whatever you adjust chairside, we carry forward into the definitive prosthesis.
Immediate-load full arch cases, terminal dentitions converted on surgery day, and patients moving from a denture to fixed teeth. If implant count, spread, or primary stability looks marginal in the records, we flag it and talk it through with you. See what we need for each case.
Upload scans with scan bodies, or ship impressions, bite records, and photos.
We check implant positions, restorative space, and the planned tooth setup with you.
Teeth and gingiva designed in CAD, milled, then characterized and polished.
Shipped with screws and seating notes, timed to your surgery or seat date.
The provisional is where the final gets decided. We keep the approved design on file, so once you send scans of the provisional in function, we can carry the tooth positions, midline, and occlusal plane into the definitive prosthesis instead of starting over. Changes you make chairside are easy to capture with a fresh scan.
The intaglio surface is shaped convex and smooth so patients can clean under it with a water flosser or floss threader. We avoid ridge-lap contours that trap food, and we leave room for the tissue to settle after surgery.
During osseointegration we keep the bite light: even centric contacts, shallow anterior guidance, and short or no cantilevers. Each case ships with screw and torque notes referencing the implant manufacturer's instructions. The clinical call stays with the treating dentist.
Full arch cases succeed or fail on records. Accurate implant positions, a verified bite, and good photos let us get the setup right the first time. If something in the records doesn't line up, we stop and call before we mill.

Open a Lab AccountUsually through the healing period your surgical protocol calls for, often a few months. Some patients wear it longer while the final is refined. It is still a provisional, so plan to replace it rather than keep it as a long-term restoration.
Yes. Send scans of the denture along with the implant records. If the patient likes the tooth setup, we can use it as the starting point for the provisional design.
We work with all major implant systems. List the system and platform for every site on the Rx so we use the correct titanium bases and screws.
Call us with photos. Because we keep the design on file, a replacement can usually be milled without new records. Reviewing the bite and any cantilevers usually shows why it happened.
Every full arch provisional ships with documented QC and seating notes. Turnaround is confirmed when we receive your case, and rush is available on request.
